If you’re not that much into olive oil, you will still enjoy the premises of this capriccio that designer Phillip Starck gave himself, reconverting an Andalusian cortijo just outside Ronda, spreading on 25 hectars, complete with greenhouse, organic garden, vineyard and… a chapel. Tours of the property in a golf caddy will familiarize you with olive trees from all over the world and Mediterranean. Why we fancy this untypical property ?
